Overall we are satisfied with how the stamped concrete project turned out. Last year we asked them to repair the outer layer of cement placed over cinder block that makes up our small front porch. Upon inspection, we also notice how our front walk way had sunk since the house was built in 2004. It was suggested we fix the front walk while fixing the porch. We agreed and a new stamped concrete walkway and porch overlay were done. Fast forward to spring and we notice patches where the concrete has 'flaked.' I contacted Jim, the owner, and he said it was common and he'd be out to take a look and fix it. I must have called and text a combined 20 times from the end of April through June with promises of him stopping by to look and repair. He never showed. This is truly disappointing that someone didn't stand behind their work and because we have several other projects we were looking to give him to do.
