We rate both tech people as excellent in all aspects: 1) Sales- no pressure or waste of our time; expedient consult scheduling, 2) Professional/friendly demeanour, 3) Easy to interface w/ re/ questions/concerns, esp. via email, 4) Consult w/ the actual installer was EXTREMELY beneficial considering his additional insight, ie- extra bottom tub support (factory generated), & he used layer of mortar to stop movement & avoid future pressure cracks, 5) Product of superior quality, aka thickness of surround & supported tub bottom; built to last, 6) Considerate of home/surroundings, & thorough clean up, 7) Very reasonable pricing, 8) Fair scheduling according to when deposit is received & existing work load.

It was okay. They put it in good. I thought it would be a bigger bathtub than they said but that’s the only thing. The service was okay. I wanted to get one of those whirlpools and they told me no. They did alright. It took them 4 days to do the work. The price turned out to be okay. It's the bathtub that got me a little upset.

We were very impressed and very pleased with them.  They were super good and they sent their own people out to do the measuring not just somebody who comes along who try to sell you something and does not know how to measure.  They came out themselves and did all of it.  They told us two different places to go to look out flooring so that they could subcontract the flooring.  We picked one of those places and those people have it all coordinated with those people so they knew exactly when they were coming in.  Everything just went in perfectly.  When they told us exactly which day they will be there and sure enough everything was all there.  The cabinet people came on the day they said.  Basically, Sean picked up and did all the work.  They cleaned up every day that they left and they even vacuumed down the stairway everyday they left.  I was so pleased with them; they were friendly and nice.

Went well. A little area that didn't take very well at first but it was corrected promptly and came out great.

It was a very good experience. Their pricing is competitive. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Shawn was easy to work with.  He was direct about what he would do and would not do. He was prompt to resolve issues as they came up such as towel bars and toilet paper holder not included by the distributer. I used a "universal" rebuild kit on the commode.  The tank seal provided in the kit does not work on a Gerber commode so it leaked when they flushed the commode. Shawn got the correct part and resolved the issue. 
BathCrest  started and completed the project on schedule. They protected the hallway carpet and covered the kitchen floor where they brought material in and out. There was some unavoidable dust due to the drywall work. They cleaned up the work area. Workmanship was great. The only thing that I feel could have been a little better was the fit on the trim molding around the doors although the plaster walls made precise fitting of the trim a challenge.
The workers were courteous and accommodating and consulted us on preferences.

We have had used a number of contractors over the years and I have to say by far this is one of the best.  Arrived on schedule, did a perfect job, the bathroom was left spotless, cleaned up the driveway, used drop cloths through out the house.  Finished on time and on budget.  Cannot give Shawn high enough marks.  Great job!
