KEYSTONE RESTORATIONS and Builders INC

This was part of a larger job actually owned by the condominium association. The full name of the contractor is Keystone Restoration & Builders, Inc. This information relates to the work that was done on my unit. The condo owners discovered that the Dryvit on the building was allowing water to intrude and we had substantial damage under the Dryvit. A contractor was engaged, but he wasn't responsible for anything under the Dryvit. After he exposed the damage, we needed to contract for repair of the hidden damage. After a false start with on person, we called Keystone. They came promptly, gave us a price and got carpenters from Lancaster County immediately. The work was done quickly and there is no question in my mind that the structure was at least as strong as ever. Greg, the construction manager looked in on the job often. They did what they said they would do for the quoted price.
