Chris and his team did an excellent job. We had some delays due to weather. However, they always kept me up to date and walked me through the entire service. Making sure I knew what to expect. Educated me on their systems and after the install had everything cleaned up as they found it. The entire team was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend these guys for any help you may have. Truly happy with their work.!

Chris is a personable kind of guy that is not trying to sell you something you don't want or need and he's very knowledgeable. He set the bar high and he was the first one we had quote a system. There are no high pressure sales. He listens to your concerns, needs, and wants and he provides you with a Good, Better, Best quote which by far were the best looking quotes we got. The quotes he gives have color photos of the equipment and had all 3 options quoted on one page you can easily compare them. He spent many weeks answering my questions as replacing both units is an expensive ordeal and when you do that, you want to make the best decision without going overboard. Air Comfort Technologies is an authorized Trane installer which was a plus and they have lots of excellent reviews which I am glad I can add to his extensive collection of rave reviews. I could only endure getting 3 other quotes with others who were not near as passionate about their jobs. I only had 1 other company that could offer Trane and that narrowed the field down because we definitely wanted to go with Trane.. Chris had the best deal because we could finance both units for 5 years at 0%. The other Trane dealer could only offer 3 years of special financing for the same price and they did not offer an air scrubber plus or even an air filter in the deal. Please do yourself a favor, save time and hire Air Comfort Technologies to install your HVAC system and install the air scrubber plus too. They are the best. The Air Scrubber Plus was a wonderful surprise since you could tell a noticeable difference in the air quality in just one day. It makes our home smell fresh just like it rained. It's made a huge difference since we have two dogs and it even makes our bathrooms smell better. It was a pleasure working with Chris and his partner. He is very patient. I asked him a LOT of questions and he was always timely in his responses. The system has only been installed for just over a month but it's been working extremely well. We couldn't be more pleased at this time. They went above and beyond to make us happy. They even stayed until late that day to finish the job when we were experiencing tornadoes in our area. They were on time and did everything they said they would. They kept their work area very tidy during the install and took care to not mess up our home by putting down canvas to cover the floors and they wore shoe protectors to protect our floors. I highly recommend them and I will recommend them to others looking to replace their HVAC systems with no hesitation. Thanks Chris for an excellent experience.
