Professional, quality service. After 3 yrs tubs still look great. Only draw back they didn't put drains, faucets back in place.

Cameron was timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm actually glad that I had to reglaze it, because his finish is much better than the previous one. One of the screws from the drain got misplaced, and Cameron sent me a new one, as he promised. What great service. He clearly takes pride in his work.

On time, friendly, laid down sheets for the work area, took the expected time. Gave me a few tips for picking up parts in the future. Overall a great experience.

There are a number of reasons why I am giving a bad review. When the technician initially came out to reglaze my tub and surrounding tile, it took a really long time (about 9 hours). The tech told my husband that the reason it took so long was due to the fact that his partner (who is no longer with the company)was usually the person who did the actual work— this technician had actually not refinished a tub “in awhile”. Red flag #1. Regardless, the tub looked fantastic and I was thrilled for about a month until the finish began to chip and rust around the drain (we followed instructions and did not use abrasive cleaners). I called the technician and he agreed to come back to take a look at it. The tech arrived at my home a few days later and seemed unsure of what to do— he said he could touch it up, but it would probably end up rusting again. He hypothesized that the chipping/rust was due to the tub drain sitting a bit high, causing some water to pool around the drain. He offered to return a few days later with a new drain. When he returned, he was unable to get the drain out, claiming he “didn’t think he would need his plumbing tools” (keep in mind this is a 40yo tub). It was a bit difficult to get him to return again, and it was obvious he didn’t really want to come back. After going back and forth over text messages, he reluctantly returned with his plumbing tools a few days later. He was unable to get the drain out with a simple plumbing tool and told me he would have to return yet AGAIN with a dremel. At this point, I told him I was getting frustrated. He offered the excuse that he was working out of a car instead of his truck and wasn’t able to carry his usual amount of tools (although his Suburban was parked in my driveway). Miraculously, he was able to locate some more tools in the Suburban and proceeded to cut the drain out with a dremel. Well, he ended up breaking a pipe. After he told my husband that he would have to return later, my husband lost his cool and told him he needed to fix what he broke. He returned a few hours later and fixed the pipe. I contacted the tech a few days later and thanked him for fixing the pipe and asked when he could return to touch up the chipping finish. He was non-committal and proceeded to email me an invoice for $309 for the broken pipe (this was in addition to the $1000 that I already paid him for the tub refinishing). I told him that I’m not paying $309 for a pipe when he never told me upfront that there would be an additional charge, especially considering the fact that he broke the pipe due to his own incompetence. I am now out $1000 and have a chipping, rusty tub and will have to hire someone else to fix the tub properly.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed] agreed to pay for the new tub drain and now states she won't. I'm not sure why Angies list members who don't pay for an agreed service are allowed to leave a review. I'm happy to not have to work for her any longer as her husband used the F-word in front of his kids at me."

Rather than totally gut my 1990’s Toll Brothers bathroom to the tune of $30K , I decided to do a poor girls remodel and change the vanity , sink, lighting plumbing fixtures and paint for a fraction of the cost. The jacuzzi tub had a waterfall faucet that I wanted to replace with a faucet and handshower. When I removed the waterfall faucet , I was left with three plumbing holes but I only needed two for the new trim. Cameron did an excellent job filling that center hole. It is as if it was never there. He matched the color on a 25 year old tub perfectly. I did not expect it to be as invisible as it turned out. I am so pleased with his work. He’s a nice guy too. I am going to ask him back to reglaze my other tub since it got scratched on a tile job last year.

Great experience. We had our entire bathroom re-glazed by these guys and I found them reasonable, responsive, timely and honest. Most of my contact was with Cameron, but Joe did some of the work too. Our bathroom had a lot of contrast in the original tile work; mostly white tiles with a bunch of dark blue ones interspersed. It took quite a few coats to cover the dark blue tiles entirely. I really appreciate how Cameron came to inspect what we were about to approve as the final coat only to have him point out some flaws and resolve to make it perfect. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.

The tub is beautiful now! I don't know how they did it but they got all the old stickers off and cleaned up the overflow drain cover so I didn't need to spend $250 to replace it! They're quick and efficient workers. My bathtub looks like new!

I just had a small job. You know how hard it is to get someone to come out for a small job. It was no problem for them. Joe ? not sure of his name but he was very nice and did a great job replacing some bathroom tiles, regrouting, and caulking around the tubs in two bathrooms. I don't know how he got my husband's bathtub to shine like new! Also regrouted kitchen tiles. Very neat, professional, excellent results. Thank you!!

Very well. Work done in good time and the result is exactly what I expected. Only one small spot was accidentally left on the hallway flooring, but was easily fixed.

Went well, however we did have to pay an additional $200, which was understandable as we had some damaged spots.

Great job. Easy to schedule; reasonable cost; punctual, courtesy and friendly personnel. Beautiful job - finally free of my 1950s pink tub! With replacement of the pink sink & toilet, along with this work, I now have a brand new bathroom.

It was very good. I had, I got the, it's a claw-foot tub and had that removed but I also had some extra tile work done that was around the claw-foot tub. I thought it was a fair price. They responded quickly. They were very personable. They were very prompt. They were very professional.

Very well. Changed color of existing bathtub Purchased with an Angie's Deal. Provider was very professional, competent and did an excellent job. Arrived on time, took all procautions to ensure no damage was done to our home. When he left everything was clean and orderly. Wouldn't have know he was here other than the tub color was changed and looked like new.

The tub & surround looks brand new, and it now matches the rest of the upgrades we recently made to the bathroom. This is exactly what we were hoping for, and they delivered!

Excellent. He came on short notice and gave me an estimate of about $300 for 3 hours. It ended up taking him 4 hours so cost was about $400. He did call me in at the end of the 3 hours to point out the cost we had discussed would be more if he continued which we agreed to, but I appreciated his honesty in pointing it out! My shower and tub literally look brand new, my mother in law came that weekend and actually asked me if the shower had been re-tiled! It's gleaming white and looks great and was very well done.
