We visited and interviewed a half dozen kitchen and bath retailers along the western Main Line. Most had beautiful displays, knowledgeable sales people and varied product lines. What set Sterling apart was price relative to product quality and most of all George Lownes.

George has been installing and selling kitchens for many years and his experience was all to our benefit. George visited our home, took the necessary measurements and inspected every detail of our preliminary design. His suggestions for adjusting our preliminary plans and his ideas to improve the functionality and esthetic appeal of our kitchen were invaluable and resulted in a kitchen we are thrilled with.

When the cabinets arrived and one door was not perfect he immediately ordered a replacement. Construction was scheduled to begin the same week he and his wife went on a long-planned anniversary vacation. George introduced us to his colleague Greg Young in case we needed any assistance while he was away. Even with this, George called us twice to ensure all was going well. When our contractor completed his work George visited to inspect the final work product. A few of the cabinet doors required fine tune adjusting and Sterling promptly sent out their specialist to ensure they were in perfect (not just and quot;good enoughand quot;) working order.

I have never had a sales person take such a sincere and dedicated interest in my satisfaction with a product or service. George sets the standard and I will be very surprised if anyone ever measures up.

I would rate them very highly. Their price was very reasonable. The cabinets and the estimate together were very competitive and very reasonable. They were very professional. I dealt with someone called Louise and she was experienced and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience. I liked the designer very much. She was very professional. I have no complaints at all. I feel fortunate that I used them.

We remodeled our kitchen and we bought the cabinets from Sterling, based on a recommendation from our contractor. They made recommendations based on our budget and made helpful suggestions about style and practicality. They were very professional and responsive. The cabinets were delivered on time and are beautiful.

Please read above. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do business with either of these companies who have such little regard for customer satisfaction and who are satisfied with such low standards. If my complaints "met industry standards"... they should have these cabinets looking the way mine do in their showroom!!!

I never really got an exact amount from Sterling Kitchen Sales but, the quote was somewhere around $40000. I asked around for 4 bids and they were one of the companies. They did not come and give the bid. I had the impression at that time that they would not do the full remodeling and I had to get the rest of the work done instead. They were very limited and they could do only the cabinets. I wanted the full remodel done.

I worked with Louise and I would highly recommend her of all of the advisors at Sterling. Everything came in, the first time completely correct and it was a very complex set of cabinets. We had a short amount of time to complete the job and Sterling's estimates for delivery were the fastest of anyone we talked to and they delivered on time.

Decisions made in designing a kitchen, 2 baths, and 2 offices were for us, life-time decisions. We will be living with the results of these decisions for many, many years to come. Doug Davies professionalism, intuitive nature and knowledge of his field made our decisions comparatively easy and successful. We are extremely happy with the results and grateful for his guidance and expertise. The work we planned to have done to our new home was spread over a period of 2 1/2 months. This was a tight time-frame for an extensive renovation and we are grateful to our craftsmen for meeting the deadlines. I would highly recommend the services of Doug Davies at Sterling Kitchens to anyone planning a new kitchen, bath or custom office. He is terrific!

Sterling Kitchen designed a whole new kitchen layout for us and installed new Kraftmaid cabinets. They worked with us to design a new layout that incorporated all of the elements we were looking for in our kitchen (like a large island with seating). They were very patient and provided very good recommendations to make sure that our kitchen would be functional. They also helped to make sure we stayed within our budget. We were so happy with them that we also had Sterling Kitchen replace all of our bathroom vanities.

Louise was wonderful to work with. She was patient with us despite the fact that we changed our minds a few times. The installation of the cabinets and countertops was perfect. We chose Corian in the kitchen and have been very pleased. Louise really went above and beyond to make this experience a good one.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. IT WAS HARD TO REACH OUR CONTACT PERSON. WE ORDERED ADDITIONAL CABINETS AFTER WE MOVED IN BUT THEY FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER.

ALTHOUGH STERLING KITCHENS WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, THEY WERE WORTH IT. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT, AND WE ARE STILL ENJOYING OUR NEW ADDITION!
