DAVE LEGNINI WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE JOB. A VERY GENIAL MAN, HE SMILED AND PROMISED TO DO WHATEVER I REQUESTED. HOWEVER, HE DIDN'T FULFILL HIS PROMISES. MITCH HANDMAN APPEARED TO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON AND VISITED THE HOUSE TWICE IN 2 YEARS. ONCE HE SEEMED TO REALIZE THAT WE WERE GENUINELY UNHAPPY, HE PUT A MECHANICS LIEN ON OUR HOUSE, KNOWING FULL WELL THAT HE WAS THE ONE WHO OWED US MONEY. I FOUND HIM TO BE THOROUGHLY DECEITFUL AND MANIPULATIVE. HE APPEARS TO HAVE NO REAL INTEREST IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER SATISFACTORILY, WHICH WOULD REQUIRE A FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT THAT WOULD ENABLE US TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT APPROPRIATELY. WE DO NOT WANT HIS MEN ON OUR PROPERTY ANYMORE. HE HAS CAUSED UNDUE DISTRESS TO 2 ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WHO MOVED HERE TO MAKE THEIR LIVES EASIER. THEIR STRESS CONTINUES BECAUSE HE DRAGS OUT ANY RESOLUTION, TRYING TO KEEP US FROM FILING A LAW SUIT.

"The member's allegations are incorrect. For the record, a Certificate of Occupancy was issued by the local municipality over a year ago. The architect approved the punch list we have attempted to complete. Problems arose only after R. C. Legnini Company requested payment. The architect that worked for the members was instructed by the members not to answer any of our questions. The mechanic's lien was only placed on the member's home after they refused to pay our bill and would not allow us to complete the punch list. The R. C. Legnini Company takes great pride in our workmanship and we invite you and anyone else from your organization to meet me at the member's home to view the project first hand."
