We purchased a fireplace insert 2+ to 3 years ago.
People we dealt with were solid and stand behind their work. The only issue we've had is response times, but that seemed to be due to high demand for the quality products they sell and their service.
We placed our initial order for a fireplace insert from Canada when the season was well underway - our mistake!
While I wish it were faster, some of the alternatives of pressure tactics from the and quot;our Chimney Sweep will be in your areaand quot; types are far worse than just having some patience.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and encourage either avoiding the high season or allow sufficient time.
