After getting quotes from other auto repair services for replacing a passenger side mirror finally reached out to Kand S. There rate was the best among all of them. They were honest and told me exactly what is the fix and how long it would take. I went on another day early in the morning after ordering the new mirror and it was replaced in an hour and I was out. I would definitely use them in the future.

They do good work at a fair price. I've known them for a long time now and the service is always great.

If you need auto service , this is where you need to go. I had been given estimates by some other places for some needed work on my truck. After hearing some high estimates, I went to Kand S in Malvern. They assessed the situation , made some recommendations and came in at almost 1/2 off of the other estimates I had received. No brainer there!. They even showed me directly on the truckr what they were going to do , instead of just telling me. It's sort of a non-descript shop , nothing fancy but I was treated honestly and fairly , and got good work done at a reasonable price . This is were we go from now on for our cars.

I've grown up around cars from the time my Dad had a shop. Have been exposed to all kinds of shop experiences from dealers on down, and Kand S is the only shop I've been able to implicitly trust. Not always the least expensive for work that is done, but they don't upsell or try to add on work unless it's required. If they see something that could be an issue later on they'll tell you and let you decide...most shops (esp. dealers) will start

Their service is great! I would not use anyone else for my auto service.

I have been taking my autos to K and S for servicing for over twenty years, and am very pleased with their work. One thing that sets them apart from some dealers is that they are very honest when reporting what is wrong with the car, they don't try to inflate the bill with extra unnecessary work. For inspections, they inform me of all items they discovered, but also tell me which ones need to be performed to pass inspection, and which ones I can safely hold off on.
Their staff performs high quality work; in over twenty years, there were only two instances where I needed to return the car when the problem wasn't completely fixed, and they made it good immediately. In another case, when they couldn't return my car in their stated timeframe, and I had no other mode of transportation, they reimbursed me for the cost of a rental car until they could finish the repair.
I saw some other comments regarding timeliness of service. My experience has been very similar to a doctor's office - when I have a serious problem with my car, I can bring it in immediately, and they will fit it into their schedule as soon as they can, normally, that day or the next. For inspections and minor maintenance service, they will schedule me for an appointment a week or so in the future, and complete the work on that day. For my purposes, this system works just fine.
I would definitely recommend K and S Auto Service to anyone living or working near the Malvern/Frazer area.

I like their speed and quality of work. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

Had both cars inspected in March. Made appointments a week ahead. Picked up cars before closing. No surprises.

They are okay. My husband took care of that. They seem to be very competent. They are not cheap. They are reasonable. The only thing I can say about them is that it is hard to get in. They don't take you right away.

Their price was good, but their workmanship was bad. They either left out or didn't tighten a few mounting bolts and my car shook terribly. I took it back to them, but they were unable to figure it out. I had to go to my dealer to get this fixed. I would not use them again.

Every visit was a perfect experience.
