They were not able to repair the exercise bike. They could not find parts. Would be too cost effective. Service was great.

We bought an old LIfeFitness 95ti from a gym. The treadmill underwent a partial disassembly and reassembly to get it into our basement. The first time we turned it on, it gave the message "Waxer Unplugged." We suspected the waxer cable had gotten disconnected during transport/disassembly/reassembly and had fallen back into the unit somewhere, but I couldn't locate it and couldn't find enough info through online searches and manuals to figure it out. Pat Cahill came out from Fitness Machine Technicians to diagnose and fix the issue. He disassembled the correct hardware, found the unplugged cable, reconnected, checked our wax level, tested the belt, looked over the whole unit, and then cleaned and polished. I had a technical questions for him, and he went above and beyond by explaining each of the components in the treadmill system, what to look for in the most common failures (including how to fix a slipping belt), and how to run the service menu diagnostics. He even replaced some broken/missing screws. Excellent, friendly service! I'd definitely use them again for future service to our home gym equipment.

After 5 years of lots of use, my belt was slipping.  My running partner recommended Exertech since they fixed her treadmill.  Exertech was able to diagnose the most likely cause via the phone and ordered the parts.  They were able to come over on Good Friday.  The technician was very helpful and showed me how to perform certain adjustments on my treadmill.  Within 45 minutes, he had it tuned up and ready to go.  I highly recommend Exertech if you ever need your treadmill repaired or just inspected.
