My realtor recommended this brokerage after my bank gave me a mortgage rate higher than I'd anticipated. All fees and rates were disclosed up front and I was offered a 60 day lock at no charge. As it was my first mortgage, I had a good number of questions; voicemails and emails were ALWAYS returned promptly. Settlement went smoothly with no unpleasant surprises from the mortgage company. I'd highly recommend this company.
