Was promised a call back either on that Friday afternoon or the next Monday, received neither. Called back on athat Monday afternoon, asked about why no call back, was given an "apology" and promised again a call back. No callback - went with competitor who was very responsive (so far).

Everything went very well. There were absolutely no problems. There were 2 gentlemen who called us. All of the boxes were marked and they put everything in storage that we asked them to.

I thought that the driver was friendly and he had a great group. They did an excellent job packing our things. The move went smoothly. There were a few minor dings, but nothing that we filed a claim on. This has been the best move we ever had and we have moved a lot.
