House Cleaning
They did an average job. Without being asked, however, cobwebs from ceilings were not removed, door faces were not dusted, area rugs were not lifted up and vacummed under, and kitchen floor was not adequately mopped. I would rate the work performed as a basic, overall, cleaning, not a thurough cleaning. For about $10 more, we found another servicer provider who did all of the above, without being asked, and we feel that we are receiving a much more thurough cleaning. Cleaning for both providers was bi-weekly. Also, they were not as punctual as we would have liked. When they indicated they would arrive a particular time, they did not arrive until much later. Unfortuantely, we did not have the luxury of waiting for them to arrive on their schedule. The second service provider that we are now using is much more punctual.
