I didn't know this person and he wanted me to give him all my information over the phone, I offered to meet with him at his office so I would feel more comfortable. I made an appointment with him and he missed it without getting in touch with me. When I called back to re schedule the appointment, there was attitude from the relator that was unnecessary. The relator never tried to resolve the issue with me, and never made me feel like I was a valued customer. I was truly disappointed in their customer service skills and their overall value of the company.
"I am certainly sorry that [member name removed] was not pleased by our service, there was a great deal of mis-communication. My loan officer said he would phone her over the weekend, NOT meet with her, and unfortunately he was not able to. He did text her on Monday apologizing for not phoning and asking her to phone him at her convenience. On Tuesday she sent me a text telling me to check his credentials to which I responded that for over 8 years he and I have been working together to help people purchase homes. He is reputable, of the highest moral character and provides excellent customer service. We both strive to make the home purchase process as seamless and rewarding as possible. I was, understandably, upset by her questioning of our character and credentials as she has never met either one of us, and in fact, had one phone conversation with each of us. Should anyone like a referral from my buyers throughout the last decade, I will be happy to provide them, it is unfortunate that we weren't able to help [member name removed], We wish her luck in the purchase of a home."
