Good job, I did notice that the very bottom of fence on the inside was not painted and one basement window was missed entirely. The owner seemed more interested in being paid than seeing if job was completed correctly. He came to pick up check so he did have an opportunity to inspect work. Good job overall.

Both the exterior and interior projects were complete successes. On the exterior: we requested quotes from Crest Custom Painting and two other companies. Dan Ulicny (of Crest Custom) gave by far the most careful quote, detailing different options and their relative costs. He took plenty of time to explain the key decision points and tradeoffs (e.g., options for filling small holes in the wood, semi-transparent versus solid stain versus paint, number of coats, etc.). He's a very friendly guy, too. His quote came in slightly higher than the others (though not by much), but we went with him based on his overall professionalism and reputation. We were not disappointed!
The crew began the exterior project by powerwashing the exterior with a mild bleach solution to clean and loosen debris. They then applied two coats of semi-solid stain. We were very pleased with the quality of the painting job and the final look. The crew was also very polite and professional. Clean-up was impeccable. The total time to complete was about a week and a half, with 3-4 no-work days due to rain. One other thing: Dan doesn't request any payment until the job is completely finished. That really impressed me.
On a separate interior project, Dan gave a similarly thoughtful quote, and we were entirely pleased with the quality of the job.
The only possible downsides: Dan was way backlogged with work when we called for a quote, so it was several months before he could start the project. We didn't mind, because we weren't in a rush - but this could be an issue for some people. On the plus side, I took it as a positive sign that his business is booming. Also, as I mentioned earlier, his quotes are a little on the high side, though not excessively so, in my opinion. If you are willing to pay a small premium for a high-quality job, Dan is your man. I would definitely use Crest Custom Painting and would recommend them to friends.

Crest Custom Painting always does a great job. We have had them do work for us on several occasions and we have never been disappointed. We have worked with Dan, the owner of Crest Custom Painting, and he has always been very helpful and professional. We feel Dan has given us great value for what we have paid. His workmen are really good at what they do and very personable. We felt very comfortable with running errands and leaving them in our house. We highly recommend Crest Custom Painting for any painting job, whether large or small. Since we are moving, we will most likely need painting done in our home, and there's no one else I will call.'

Excellent work. Showed up on time.... told us exactly what they were going to do and when. Cleaned up after every days work.

Before beginning, Crest met with our interior designer to discuss colors and finishes. In addition, Crest provided me with samples of molding from which to select and made appropriate suggestions as to which ones to select for the particular application. Work progressed smoothly with no problems and was completed before the scheduled date. The finished product greatly exceeded our expectation. The home was BEAUTIFUL!!! Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Crest. Please note, however, they are not the lowest price option, and they don't claim to be. However, the quality of the work is worth the extra cost.

pricing was on high end of estimates. owner was prompt with estimate and it was aesthetically a nice proposal, however the price was too high. also he didn't want to meet in evening which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall,we had a great experience with Crest Custom Painting. The crews were pleasant and very easy to work with. All the work was completed in a superior manner. They were also able to match the color of our exterior cedar perfectly even though we were unable to provide them with our previous records. I would definitely recommend them to others.

From the first contact, they were very professional and prompt. The estimate was not the cheapest, but it was quite good. They really listen to what you want. We asked for several options for our outside paint/repair and they were very accommodating. Two or more years since and we are still happy with the work they have done. The quality is superb. When the guys were painting inside, they were quiet, respectful, and neat. If it weren't for the painted walls, you would never know anyone was here. Everything was back in its place and very clean. We will definitely be using them again.

Dan Ulicny, the owner of Crest Custon Painting provided a very professional presentation elaborating on his credentials and explaining in detail how he would accomplish the work. Then he worked closely with our decorator to select the appropriate colors and finishes for the project. His proposal for the project was very detailed and professionally produced. We approved the contract in July with a cost saving provision for work to be done during rainy days, when the contractor could use people who were otherwise scheduled to do outside work to keep them employed during inclement weather. Job was completed in Mid-October. The contractor provided me with regular progress reports and accepted progress payments. The bottom line is this: this contractor is not inexpensive, nor do they claim to be the lowest bidder. However, I have never worked with a painting contractor that has been as professional and produced the highest quality work as this one (you wouldn't believe how straight the lines are between color changes, and the house was meteculously cleaned when they finished). Thanks to Crest's work, our new home is absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier.

Outstanding communication leading up to the work and during every phase. When rotted wood was spotted, they gave me the choice to do the repair myself, or quoted the repair work if they did it. We did some of each. Thoroughness of preparation was exceptional, and the finished paint job was done expertly and on time. I'd HIGHLY recommend this company to my family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about the painting professionals at Crest. They communicate well, stick to promised schedules, and did an outstanding job. I personally observed their attention to detail, thoroughness and commitment to producing a 1st class result. They were not the lowest priced quote I received, but value for the money was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Did a great job. Very punctual, attentive to detail. Workers were nice, helpful and considerate. Also, they were true to their word. Communicated scheduling dispite fluctuations with weather.

Did an excellent job. Very professional. Rehung all the pictures. Cleaned up after themselves very well. I called them and needed the service the very next week. They were able to accommodate me. I will use them again.

During the estimate, Dan made recommendations for each room on paint type and coverage needed. Dan's crew did an amazing job, and took some oddly colored rooms right to what we were looking for. Dan's pricing was very reasonable, he finished before his estimate, and was all around great to work with.

From negotiation through completion it was a totally pleasant experience.

The painting took 6 business days and went smoothly. The crew showed up promptly at 7:30 every morning. They were very polite respectful of my family. They completed the foyer and hall areas first using lean ladders and extension rollers. They moved on the living room/ dining room next. After the kitchen and morning room were completed they finished the first floor. The last day the crew completed the master suite and touched up the house and edges. The painting looks good. My only complaint would be paint splatter on the floor and some counters which likely occurred to some incomplete draping of surfaces.
