Jan C Reapsome Building and Remodeling

Not well. Homeowners beware!! I would not recommend this builder. Everything that Jan has done is wrong except for our fake chimney . He over charged us and currently declines to show us our invoices. We had to rip out our custom railing because we were told by the code officer that it was not to code. Our exterior window trim looks awful with large gaps around each window. The siding is buckling and is loose In many areas. Our basement has cut lines that are crucked along with 2 separate areas in the concrete which needed to be cut out because our beam was sagging. Jan has not followed through with fixing items on our punch list. Also, our fascia looks terrible and has numerous kinks and bubbles. We have included pictures for those of you who are thinking about using this builder. As far as price Jan overcharged us and never followed estimates he always wrote out checks without checking quality of work and paid extra even if we did not authorize it. Jan you should be ashamed over yourself for taking advantage of us and not providing us with the quality of work you said you would. Our basement is taking on water because the exterior excavation was not done as promised!!!

We are very satisfied with all aspects of Jan's work and will use him again. We were referred to Jan by two other parties who highly recommended him.

He is very laid back. Anything I asked for, he was willing to do it at no extra charge to his original price. He was a great individual with confidence and sincerity.
