Prompt, professional and competent!  Bob obviously has many years of experience.  He took less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem with our ice maker and minutes to repair it.  Nice to know there's a decent, reasonably priced guy helping us senior citizens. We would definitely call him again and would recommend him.

Our fridge had 2 problems:
1. The ice maker wasn't working.
2. Water was collecting at the bottom of the fridge (not freezer) part.
Here's the order of events:
1. Service guy comes out, examines fridge. Identifies that the ice maker needs a new valve on the water input line, and the fridge needs some kind of new part. Makes arrangements to return ~1 week later with parts.
2. Service guy returns a week later, replaces both parts. The ice maker continues to not work; service guy tells me the water line itself is problematic and needs a plumber. Service guy does not provide plumber contact info, cannot do the work, seems uninterested in resolving the problem. The main fridge problem (condensation on the bottom of the fridge) appears--for the moment--to be solved.
3. I arrange independently for a plumber to fix the water line to the ice maker. This is done, and the ice maker works.
4. A week later, there is still condensation on the bottom of the fridge. I arrange for service guy to return; he does, and examines the fridge. Apparently, there is another part replacement necessary (some kind of panel). We make arrangements for him to order the part.
5. A week later, service guy returns and replaces the panel. This appears to have genuinely fixed the problem: no more condensation in the fridge.
Overall: The service guy definitely seems to be quite capable at replacing parts and analyzing problems. However, there are 2 things that really annoyed me:
1. The icemaker: service guy simply informed me that the water line needed to be repaired, and that he couldn't do it. He demonstrated no interest in making sure the client (me!) actually had a working icemaker. I understand that he's not a fully licensed plumber, but he (1) could not recommend one to me, and (2) didn't seem remotely interested in making sure my problem was actually fixed.
2. The condensation problem ended up requiring 2 separate repairs. That's a logistical hassle: it extends the total repair time by ~2 weeks, and also means that the fridge was in a broken state for that time.

Bob from Mr. Appliance had to actually come out to our home twice. Once to evaluate the problem, then to come fix it since we chose him to do the repair work. He was always here on time and was very friendly.  I was panicking being that Thanksgiving was approaching and I had no ice maker for a large family if iced tea drinkers. Bob was quick and clean, and we had plenty of ice for Thanksgiving. =)

I scheduled online for the service call.  Received email promptly.  Received a confirmation email and a call when the tech was on his way.  Everyone I spoke with was very nice.  The tech was very knowledgeable.  Diagnostic cost was reasonable.  Was a bit nervous to have repair person come for what the cost would be and what he would tell me.  As I said the diagnostic cost was reasonable and if we chose to repair would have gone towards the repair cost.  Unfortunately it is the compressor so it is cheaper to purchase a new refrigerator.  A plus service.

They showed up on time and scheduling was easy. The tech was friendly and knowledgable. The entire call was about half an hour and the oven is working great now. It was an easy fix that should get another 7-10 years out of an oven we were afraid we might have to replace! We are VERY happy with the service.

After explaining the problem to the Mr. Appliance office, James from company came to our house to analyse the problem and repair it. The office gave us a time range in which to expect him then called us to tell us when he was on his way. James was on time and very professional and orderly. He spent enough time to determine that the fan motor had to be replaced. Although he said that he carried three or four types of standard fan motors in the truck, he was very apologetic that he did not have the proper one for our refrigerator, because the GE Profile models are not so common. So, the motor would have to be ordered and it would take three to five business days to be delivered. It did arrive in their shop on about the fifth business day, a Thursday, and they called to arrange a date to come and install it. They originally wanted to do the repair on the following Monday, but since we already been without a refrigerator for a week, I asked if they could possibly do it sooner. They agreed to schedule it for Saturday at no additional cost. James came on Saturday, as promised and completed the repair. The repair took close to two hours of concentrated work, but when completed, James made sure that everything in the work area and around the refrigerator was clean and tidy and that the refrigerator was working properly.
We were very impressed with Mr. Appliance's responsiveness and thoughtful customer service approach. We even received a note from James thanking us for using their service. We were particularly impressed with the professional manner that James carried out the repair and time he took after the first service call to explain the problem and to advise us that it was a high quality refrigerator and thus was certainly worth repairing rather than replacing.
I would not hesitate to use Mr. Appliance again or recommend them to others.

He took a look at it and cleaned out the outside vent, which I did not know existed. He gave me some advice on how the appliance works and what can go wrong. I was very satisfied with the service.

They had to order special parts so it took two trips. It was pricey, but I would use them again. They are just a decent company and they have good service. They were there when they were supposed to be and they called ahead so I could be there. I needed someone who could service my particular brand and it seems like they service a lot of different brands. Their cleanliness really stands out to me. It was muddy and slushy out but he put little things over his shoes every time he came in so that nothing would be tracked into the house.

I have used them before as well. They are a nice company and trust worthy as well. They communicate well. They are to come back to do the job. I had the first service done by them under warranty so I do not know about the price they will be charging for this. The quality of their service is excellent.

Because the filter was obviously jammed in place, Bob assumed that was the problem. He didn't look further on the original visit. When he came back the third time to figure out what the real problem was, he spent hours evaluating it and, I'm fairly sure, figured it out that time. He did not charge us for the follow-up visit, which was appropriate, as we'd already paid $200 for an unnecessary fix. We were not happy to have spent two weeks without a dishwasher while waiting for an unnecessary fix, but once the situation became clear, Bob and Kathy handled it well. In fact, once we told them we weren't going to repair the pump, Bob called us back and offered to install a new Miele for us, free of charge, if we had bought one. Since we bought a Bosch and already arranged and paid for installation, we declined, but give them top marks for responsiveness.

The service appointment was made for the next day and Bob came right on time, analyzed the problem and installed a temporary module. The office called the next week to make sure it was working. And when the new module came in, they called and came that afternoon. Bob was pleasant, efficient and knew what he was doing. He even reset the filter that wasn't quite straight.
