When she tacked them up she did it off the floor rather than having me stand on a stool. I was supposed to pick them up on a Tues but was tied up so I stopped by during reg hours on Wed but there was a sign on the door she was out of town and would return Friday and left her phone number. I needed to be in Ohio Friday afternoon with my pants for a wedding on Saturday. I called left a message she returned my call apologized said she would be at the shop Friday 9AM. She got there about 9:10 AM. I wasn't very happy.
