The owner, Ken, was here at 6:30am every morning. He communicated with me every step of the way and asked me what I wanted. He was very considerate of my requests within my price range. For instance, on the roof under the shingles, he put down a rubberized product instead of paper at no extra charge. His estimate was competitive with other estimates, but he offered higher quality product and work.
