Cromwells Concrete Construction LLC

Three years ago, Matt installed a concrete patio between my pool and my house. I made a point of expressing my concerns on settling because of the extensive amount of ground that had been moved. This spring one of the slabs has sunk about half an inch, another has cracked. I have emailed Matt twice asking what we could do to correct the issue since concrete should last more than 3 years. I have received no response. Very disappointed. I'm hoping he contracts me to try to work this out.

Matt was very responsive with getting out to take a look at the job and fast at getting us a quote. He stated his time table for getting to our job and on how long it would take. Matt and his employees were professional during the job and did a good job cleaning up. As far as the quality of work , there is where the issue is. I spoke with Matt and explained to him about issues I had with current sidewalk and water running down the sidewalk and the steps to my driveway. I requested that the sidewalk and adjoining new patio be sloped to a specific place that was going to have drainage installed to keep the water from running down the steps and to the driveway. The finished concrete not only slopes the wrong way but also directs the water into the center of the concrete patio. So everytime it rains, my concrete patio accumulates 1" of water in the center of it. When I reached out to Matt about the issue, his response was a should have looked over everything and questioned anything I had concerns over. I paid for him to handle the job and to make sure it was done as we discussed. DO NOT used them for concrete work, They don't stand behind their work,
