I bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty with around 83, thousand miles on it, from this dealer. He promised at sale to do whatever he could to fix any problems that arouse with said vehicle within the 30 day time period. He wasn't completely truthful with that promise. 4 days after purchasing the Liberty it began having problems stalling out on me 4 times and 3 of those times as I was merging into traffic. No engine light was showing while the car stalled and bucked. Ben had us take it to local Jeep Dealer, because the engine light wasn't on when Jeep ran the tests, they couldn't find anything wrong with the Liberty, but Ben still had them put an unnecessary computer chip in it and then turned around and wanted us to pay for it. While driving the vehicle on the highway it stalled on me twice and I was forced to coast to the side of the road, turn the key to off and then start it back up again to proceed. I had some things tested on it when the engine light came on, and at that time a cam-shaft sensor was showing as being bad, I purchased it and had my mechanic put it on. Two days after that was done, the Liberty started doing the bucking and jerking and bogging down again. It was getting worse. I took it back to my mechanic, he test drove it the Liberty wouldn't do anything when the mechanic test drove as it did when I drove it for nearly 2 weeks, at which time it finally showed it's issues to my mechanic. He took it back to the shop and when he got out of it, he noticed it was pouring antifreeze all over. They inspected the leak and it was leaking between the motor and the transmission. They then looking further found that the coolant had Bars Leaks in it. The car is un drive-able and un-start-able without being able to hold coolant or water. In order to assess the extensiveness of the damage, the transmission will have to be removed at the engine, if as suspected the block is crack, the cost of the complete inspection will have been wasted cause I don't have money for a new or rebuilt engine/transmission As of yesterday April 1, 2013 he called my fiance to come see the car this morning April 2, 2013 and has not come, called or texted, and we just learned today he has put his business up for sale. I have no car, I have surgery in May for my neck and I will have to rent a car to come home in, because my fiance owns a 2007 F150 on a lift kit and there is no way I can get in and out of that for my trip home from hospital and ride in it, because the ride isn't a smooth one.  Street
