They did a GREAT job. I was recovering from a broken wrist and wanted to get a head start on my yard. They were very timely and I was happy with what they did. They spread 3.5 yards of mulch and weeded two large areas for me. I would say they worked for about 6 hours.

WOW! I love it! Chris did an excellent job! Looks fabulous! Chris was on time and courteous. He began work - early, and worked steady for two days. Even with minor interruptions from curious grandchildren! Chris explained everything to me - and even went to get finishing stones for my last minute decision! Great job. Would definitely use again.

Job went great, Jim is very responsive and managed to fit our job in even though we contacted him late in the spring.  The workers were respectful, efficient and neat.  Yard looks great, looking forward to more jobs with Twin Oaks.

I never heard from him again.  Either he's too busy or he just doesn't want the work.  I will not use them in the future.

it was a pleasure working with Jim Teller and his crew from start to finish.  They were friendly, punctual, professional, and thorough. Within just two days, he and his crew transformed bare ground around our new 15 by 20 foot deck into a real showpiece of texture and color. Pricey, yes, but worth every penny considering the complexity and beauty of the finished project, so we would have to give him an excellent score on price, along with everything else.  Jim educated us in the planning phase, bringing unfamiliar plants to the house to show us, and describing their features and care. His plan accommodated us on ease of maintenance and color preferences and seasonal color changes throughout the year. He demonstrated adaptability by bringing additional plants to the job site and accommodating our last minute preference change in stepping stone material.  He returned the morning of the third day to seal an area of the driveway that he discovered had been unfinished when the house was built and which required such work in order for him to complete the job.  He also removed the tired old tanbark across the front of the house before laying fresh mulch.  Two weeks later, we notified him that one of the plants had died.  His response was immediate with a replacement plant in the ground within a couple of days.  It is so very refreshing to work with a contractor who not only does quality work but provides great customer service throughout and after the job is finished.  We would use Twin Oaks Landscaping again and highly recommend them.         

Jim and his crew renovated our backyard and installed a patio. They were very easy to work with and friendly. He, was conscious of our budget and did his best to make our vision come true. They were always on time and did great work. They were also great with our dog and all of my "input" and questions. I will definitely use Jim and his crew again.

They did a great job.  The completed patio is beautiful.  We did have some communication issues about the time required for the completion of the project as well as the project costing a bit more than originally estimated.  We really enjoy working with Jim and will continue to use him in the future as needed for Landscaping needs.

In June, the garden in front of my home caught fire. In September, I contacted Jim at Twin Oaks Landscaping and informed him of the situation. We arranged a meeting at my home, after which he took pictures and noted that he would contact me in a few days. He and his assistant mentioned that they would be in contact in a few days. He offered to send the pictures of the proposed via email, but I noted that I preferred to meet in person. Early the following week, we met, at which time we discussed the proposal. I mentioned that my budget was four hundred dollars below his estimate. He then revised his estimate and suggested other plants to put into the garden. Within forty eight hours, the work began and was concluded later in the morning.The service was completed within a few days of the proposal to my satisfaction.

They took down the tree and hauled it away.  They were very punctual and came over within a day or so to take care of it.  They offered to put in a tree but I decided to wait until the spring. I intend to use them in the spring to put a tree back in. 

They were great. They came when they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. There was not foul language. I had some of them work in the yard and they did a beautiful job. I am very happy with them
