from bid proposal to finish, they have been excellent.  i would highly recommend Merv and his son Greg.  the quality is exceptional even in areas you won't see.  cost is on the high end, but the value is great.  subs they used - Jemson cabinetry delivered a good product, but were not up front on options during design.  Martins appliances were awesome to work with as was the landscaper Season's Image.  the whole project stayed on schedule and there were few surprises in the process.  they were accessible and followed thru with any issue that arose.  our lot was very challenging to build on, but they made it happen according to plan
we would definitely use them if we had to do it over again. 

The end result of our new master bathroom, office and a walk in closet is stunning. However, it was not only the end result that
impressed us, it was the whole process that Greg Miller took us through. From the start, Greg listened to our vision of the addition and made practical suggestions and designs. He gave us a detailed proposal with project cost estimates for each area of construction. It was not just a lump sum number with no descriptions. Two areas of concern that Greg addressed were that we wanted to use as many American made products as possible and that we had family members with allergy and asthma issues. The Miller crew and subcontractors were all highly skilled, respectful, courteous, and punctual. The bathroom is a spacious, luxurious and serene space. The office is a warm, inviting and functional room. The walk in closet is a large, bright and well organized space. The rooms are a reflection of our style and functions well for our needs. At the end of the project, Greg presented us with a project binder filled with the warranties, subcontractor contact information, photos of the walls before drywall showing plumbing, wiring and air duct locations, and manufacturer instructions. Merv Miller Builder designed a beautiful addition that is well built, was on time and within our budget. We highly recommend Greg Miller and Merv Miller Builder.
