2 Slate tiles replaced but the wooded beams never replaced under the tiles from water damage/rot. It took him 2 wks to get back to us so we could find out what he found. He came out w/o us knowing and then finally got a bill explaining the repair. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately not many slate roof repair people around

The estimate and the work was done in a professional manner, and as far as we can tell so far, it all looks well done. But the work did not take place according to the agreed upon schedule, nor were we kept informed about delays. In the end it took some prodding on our part to get the work done 3 months late.

Owner was busy and we had to call a couple of times to get an estimate (hence the B for responsiveness). Estimate came in for exact repair at half of what another company was going to charge. Work was done when it was scheduled, and done correctly. We were shown/given photographs of before and after work. We will use Lantz Slate Roof Repair again should we have the need.
