Since our founding, Central PA business owners, municipal leaders, school districts, and homeowners have relied on our team’s experience for quality sealcoating, athletic surfaces, power sweeping, and line painting services that are completed with quality materials and expert technique. We are based in Lititz, PA and serve Lancaster County and surrounding areas. Our service area varies by service type. In some cases, we will travel outside of our normal service area for certain athletic court/surface projects. Contact us for more information. The work we do includes sealcoating (driveways, parking lots, crack repair), athletic courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball, roller hockey, and more), and power sweeping. Our quote process starts with an on-site visit to assess the work that needs to be done. Then, we will prepare a written estimate for you. Most estimates are completed and in your hands within 48 hours. Once we’ve received a signed work order, we will schedule your project. Initial job was done very poorly. It was done too late in the season and the asphalt start peeling off 3 months later. Jim, the owner came out and acknowledged that it was done poorly and with a gentlemen's agreement by shaking hands made the commitment that he will come to address it. Jim never came nor did he respond to at minumum of six to seven voicemail messages that were left on the company's phone.

As a consumer who scrutinized work done for him, I can say that this work was perfect.  The last sealcoatin by this company was done six years ago and the drive looked like new.  I don't recall the exact price, but the estimate  was very competitive.(I haven't received the bill yet.)

It was a local sealer. We were very unhappy with the services that they provided me. We were very dissatisfied with the service and they did not bill us. They quoted us $90 to have it done. When the manager came out and looked at it he never billed us for the service. We haven’t heard anything from them since. I didn’t like that it wasn’t applied properly and it was sloppy work. It was poor all the way around. When he came out and looked at it he was embarrassed and left. The quality work was lousy and he came out and agreed that it was lousy job and left and we never received the bill. When we told him that they were here and they did it and we wanted them to come and take a look at it and he was out I think the next day or two.
