Handyman Service, Gutter Cleaning
None of the plastic shields were put up right at all. He did clean the gutters but he obviously did not do a good job because I needed another crew to clean them out again not even 2 weeks later. I couldn't believe what I saw when he gave me the bill. He charged me 4 hours of labor for apparently driving around looking for the shields even though they were more than in stock at a local hardware store. I made him lunch one day and all he did was talk about things that were way too personal for any contractor to talk about with his client. He would go on and on about his Vietnam war stories that were just not something I wanted to talk about. He tried to charge me 600 dollars for all of the service. I calculated the hours he was trying to charge me for when he was driving looking for the shields and ended up settling to give him $385.
