Joe did a fantastic job evaluating my old computer and, when we agreed it should be replaced, replacing it with something that met my limited needs and which was affordable. He was very cost conscious and worked with me determine my needs and meet them. He gave me different options to choose from and explained those options thoroughly.

It went very well. Joe is always there for us anytime we call.

Computer picked up. Potential problems explained. I received progress calls with explained options and prices for each. Work was done in a timely fashion. Computer delivered and set up and run. Performance was better than before lighting strike. Cost was fair.

Problems resolved. Joe was knowledgeable and helped us resolved a number of vexing problems. He went out of his way.

They were wonderful to work with, found the problems right away and for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend using them.

Great. Joe did all that I asked and suggested further upgrades. He gave me costs and advantages upfront for all the upgrades that he suggested, and I took advantage of most of them. The final result is that my 3-year-old PC is now better than new!

Joe was very professional and courteous as he explained the various possibilities and was very upfront that it could possibly be a hard drive issue. I had thought that might be a possibility and later that same day he did confirm it. I would not be worth the expense to repair so we decided to recycle the laptop. Joe offered to handle the recycling, which save me the hassle and also offered to help me find a laptop to replace this now "defunct" one. I did have a backup one that my daughter had stopped using because of upgrading to a newer one, so for now I will be working with that one. But I will definitely contact Home PC when I am ready to look for another computer.

Called Home PC after reading reviews from Angie's List.  My wife's laptop was becoming almost unusable and when on line was affecting internet access for all devices in our home.  Called in the morning and Joe Bennett said I could drop it off that day.  He called the next day to tell us he found some serious Trojans and needed to clean the drive and then restore our programs.  He performed the work and called back to as a few questions regarding backup disc for programs we had loaded.  He also discussed best virus protection and made some recommendations.  Called back when computer was ready to go. Said if I have any issues or questions to just call.  Joe works out of his house and does make house calls.  In my case it was more advantages for me to deliver and pick it up.  This is the first service this laptop has had since purchased 4 years ago.  It now runs like new.  We were very happy with the service provided and will definitely use Home PC for all our future computer needs.

Had it back two days later, with an analysis and malware defenders installed. Very pleasant experience.

Was VERY impressed...overall! were there some "minor issues"? Yes, there were. Did not receive a "call back" in the promised time frame...minor error when tabulating bill (charged too much BUT they caught it and informed ASAP!)
Would I recommend? In a heartbeat! Very impressed with knowledge displayed as well as courtesy extended...professional without a doubt!

Everything went well.  Service was completed as requested, and rates were very reasonable.

Great care was given to make sure that my files stayed intact, and he also re-installed my Office and security programs. He kept me informed at every step, explained in terminology I could understand, and was quick to get my laptop back to me.

He is very professional and did a repair that could have been much more costly, had he ordered parts. He worked around the system and fixed a cracked case corner.

This is a small business that offers amazing customer service. They are very responsive and personable. They prices are very competitive and reasonable.

I would rate them high overall. He was wonderful. My computer crashed and he couldn’t come out that day as he was pretty busy. He came out the next day and he took my computer with him. He worked on it overnight and brought it back. He also did some networking for me. This was the second time I used him.
