Been using these folks for years. Good service, nice people. We can walk to the shop, which is a plus, but they have loaner cars if you need them.

The service appointment was scheduled promptly and I was very happy to be provided the use of a loaner vehicle. The after hours drop off and pick up went perfectly. Excellent communication from start to finish. The engine diagnosis and road test results were advised promptly. I was able to discuss and authorize repair/services within my budget. I was very pleased to be provided a list of items of concern so I can plan for future repairs as I am able. The item checklist was noted with detailed information to explain why the item was of concern. There was no pressure implied nor expressed for any immediate repairs. The stall under load and loss of power problem appears to have been resolved at this time. They simply cleaned the part and reinstalled and never pushed for a replacement part which would allow more profit for them. I sincerely appreciatate the honest communication, fair pricing and professionalism. I will return for future repairs and services as well as recommend Good's auto Service to family, friends and neighbor's.

When you move to a new place, auto service is on a short list of providers you need to be able to count on. Good's is that place. Service is unbeatable. You get a personal phone call from the owner explaining in english what their team has found, what it will cost, and if you want to proceed. They have a decent rewards program and periodic savings events of which you can take advantage.

Work was done on time, professionally and at very reasonable price - much less than dealerships would charge. I have used Good's for a few years now and have always had positive experiences. Also, they do not sell you services and parts you don't need. Highly recommended.
