I called on Monday mid morning and he called me back Monday early evening. I explained the issue and he estimated over the phone between 400-430. I agreed and he said he could come over Tuesday between 11 and 3. I said that was wonderful. He showed up at 1230 and started work. He was done in under two hours, cleaned up any mess he might have made. He presented me a bill for $400 and waited while I wrote my check.
He was personable, prompt, clean, and concerned with the keep my house clean.
