They did a fabulous job. They were well prepared and moved a seven floor headboard and some heavy furniture before starting the job. Anyone who picks this company will be more than satisfied. They go beyond the duties of a professional carpeting installation.

D&S was extremely accommodating to our schedule. They did some demo work prior to our installation but called and made sure that would work with our schedule first. They worked to have most of our installation done while we were on vacation since it was in a lot of our living space. They did excellent work with our older home and the unique workarounds we had (cement and wood subfloors, curved subfloors, etc.). They were courteous, provided reminder phone calls and checked in with us to make sure they were coming out to our home at convenient times for us. Their work is very detailed and clean. We LOVE our new floors and they look amazing!

Excellent service. Hired them on a whim because they sold the supplies we needed for our job. The young guy that came out was super friendly and did a great job! Ran into a minor snafu and the employee as well owner went above and beyond working with me for a job well done!

Derry was knowledable and friendly.He came out to measure thre room for flooring the next day after I picked out the style I wanted. his workers were personable and did a great job,they also placed the sofa and chairs back in the room for us without asking them to.The price was great,and the carpet was good quality.

D and S workers were efficient, courteous, and respectful to me and my wife personally and to the requests we had. They started the job (which expectedly put that area out of commission until the job was complete) and showed up everyday until the job was complete, so as to have the least effect on our summer. The quality and attention to detail was and will continue to be evident to us and our guests, as we have received numerous compliments on the floor. Everything looked great! Carpet had to be fit around existing hot water radiators and they did a great job. Hardwood was also installed around hot water radiators and they did a great job there also. I would highly recommend them for any flooring project. Very well organized.

The actual installation turned out beautiful. And we very happy with that. But getting to that point was difficult. They are a very popular shop and because of this we had some scheduling issues Which they all got worked out and we were very happy with all of the final results

Derry was super helpful when we were in the showroom choosing flooring (carpet, tile, and vinyl). He caught on quickly to what I was looking for and pulled out samples that we liked a lot; we went with many of his suggestions. The installers were friendly and professional. The work was all completed in the time frame originally discussed. The end result has gotten many compliments!

We are VERY pleased with the end product. We are especially pleased about the special attention the workmen gave to preparing the underlayment, which is so important with cork flooring. When there was a small problem with one corner, due to having another tradesman working on another aspect of the project, the D&S guys came to take care of it right away. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The bathroom tile was installed meticulously. Couldn't be happier with this work.

They were absolutely great! The office suite although small was very difficult to handle as the tenant has a lot of stock on the selling floor. This office had not had a renovation in over 20 years because of fear of having to move all of their items. D&S Flooring calmed the tenant and won their trust. The job was handled completely in just a couple of days to everyone's complete satisfaction. We love these folks!
