Called Frank from feedback on Angie's list. Was planning to call one or two others but after meeting with Frank could't think of a reason to do so. Signed contract at that time. We were told 4 weeks to order, installation 2 weeks after that. Job was completed in 5 weeks. $400 deposit when contract signed. Balance paid upon satisfactory completionn of job. Two year waarranty on installation services. We have been dissapointed so many times by so called "professionals", dealing with a craftsman who does quality work in a professional manor, was a welcome surprise.

Door stopped working after an ice storm. Came out same day and fixed the door and performed needed maintenance.

This company was wonderful to work with. The owner explained in detail what was wrong with the door. He explained my choices on how to fix the door. He doesn't charge road time. The quote he gave me was exactly what the charge was. He cleaned up after himself. After the job was complete he took the time to explain how the door worked, how to change the keypad number. He also readjusted the the door settings at no charge. It was a real pleasure to do business with him.

We were totally impressed by Frank and his professionalism. He took the time to go over what he had done with us and did extra work on our other garage door because he had finished early! We would definitely recommend them.
