We wanted to have bathrooms re-done. Planning was painful. The designer insisted on her ideas instead of listening to mine. And communication was horrible. We started planning in June and still no estimate by October. By that time, the team wanted to start all over again because they forgot what my bathrooms looked like. My life is very busy, and I don’t have time for such unprofessionalism. We did not pursue the project with them and now I am looking for other options.

They were very professional and very good. The price was also in the ballpark.

Not good. I told them not to go close to what it would cost to buy a new one. They did call and tell me if I wanted the vacuum hose repaired it would be an additional $200 to the bill so I thanked them and told them not to repair that part. I asked what was wrong and they said old gas. I knew that was not true as I had put new gas in. Then when I go to pick it up the bill was over $200. I will never take anything there to get repaired again.

Bomberger's designer (Joanne), estimater and scheduler were very helpfull.  The installers came when scheduled and completed work on-time and as quoted.

They always pick up and drop off when they say they will. Plus, they stick by their work. We had our snowblower serviced in October to get it ready for the winter. But when we used it in February, it quit. They came to get it and put a new part on it, saying they should have done so in the fall, so we didn't pay for the pick-up/drop-off service.

I have bought mowers, snow blowers  leaf blowers etc. from them for years. Bombergers Store has also serviced all of the machines and other  machines I did not buy from them. They are the best!  I highly recommend them.

They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and meticulous in everything that they did.  Their designer caught a few things other places didn't even consider.  Everything was perfect from start to finish.  We used a different flooring contractor and I wish that we hadn't.  The flooring contractor damaged a part of our new cabinets and put some marks in our walls.  They refused to take responsibility.  When I called Bomberger's to get a price to replace it, Gretel asked several times if I was sure that one of their employees didn't do it.  That type of service and care is exactly what differentiates Bomberger's.  They wanted to do right by the customer and take care of any mistake they might have made (even though they didn't do it).  I would imagine you'd be hard pressed to find too many other places like Bomberger's.  I buy my lawn equipment from them as well.  That department provides the same great service as their design department.

When we signed the contract, we were told we would be called within two weeks to set up the dates for the project. We actually needed to call them on the last day of the two weeks to be sure they still had us on their schedule. Overall we are okay with the outcome, but should we need similar services in the future, we will do more research.

Overall great experience. Kevin and Grant were very professional. Installation went well. The small things that we pointed out, they resolved immediately. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I had Terry come out for an estimate and he was the 4th person to come out. I was unimpressed and disatissfied. I have an island in the kitchen and my half bath has an Pedastal sink. He said I need to hire a plumber to remove the pedestal sink, someone else to remove the stove to turn off the gas (which I can do myself) and a contractor to move the island. He kept saying, "we are a flooring company, we don't do that". Rediculous! He said he would email me a quote and never did. Its not my job to chase someone down for a quote. The sale starts with the first impression.

The employees in the flooring department were helpful and courteous. Their installer was professional, punctual, polite, and cleaned up after himself. The installation went off without a hitch and the new floor looks great. A big box store may have been a slight bit cheaper, but the peace of mind of using a local business who has a reputation to maintain and will provide great customer service if there were any problems, is worth the few extra dollars.
