I have bought mowers, snow blowers leaf blowers etc. from them for years. Bombergers Store has also serviced all of the machines and other machines I did not buy from them. They are the best! I highly recommend them.

The staff at the showroom were very helpful with showing us the options and offering ideas. We wanted specifics (line by line pricing with quantities, unit cost, etc) and initially this presented an issue but they were able to later accommodate this request. The main issue is focused around the quality or workmanship. Areas of both floors were not level creating some mild deviations in the tile surface. Spacing between the tiles was not consistent in a few areas as well. I understand that those on the job prior to Bomberger's may have influenced this with framing, etc. but at a minimum Bomberger's should have the prior subs fix their work prior to doing the tile.
The larger concern was the mosaic band in the shower - keep in mind this is right at eye height. The band had a wave appearance and where the corners where installed it looked like sharks teeth (appearance and to touch) as they were not close to being flush or cleanly cut and installed. Our concerns were raised on this issue and they assured us they could fix it after acknowledging there was an issue. They attempted and the finish improved marginally but the wave appearance is still present and in general the workmanship is comparable to someone new to DIY versus a professional tiler installer. The vibe we got when we raised this concern was not professional - it seemed as if some thought that if you are not building a home valued at a certain price that a certain quality of work is not to be expected. As for using them again - we are on the fence, their inside staff was very helpful and their price was competitive but if I were to use them I would clearly outline the expectations upfront, watch the work very closely through the process and build a quality provision into the contract - yet to me this seems excessive from a consumer standpoint when dealing with a tiling company.
