Everyone at Boates Brothers were super professional and we are extremely happy with the results. it started with the first contact, the quote was very competitive, the start time was good they came every day until the job was completed and everyone that worked on the bathroom was friendly and efficient. The competed work was beyond expectations. It looks like one of those bathrooms you see on TV almost like its a different house. I need to say that even though the demo was way more then expected because of the original construction from the fifties they did not charge more because of that. They even let my dog out during the day.

We absolutely love! We went a little over our budget but the upgrades were worth it. It looks like a completely different house. Time was a factor because we wanted the work completed before the holidays and they assured me it would be done and to our specifications and sure enough it was. Great job!

Minor work was done on cracks and essentially the work completed amounted to a seal coat job for a residential driveway. Too expensive. The crew was on time but had little information about the work that was suppose to get done. No one from Boates showed up on site and called after the work was completed to check on whether I was happy with the work.

Everything was completed, and it looks spectacular. Alan and his crew did an outstanding job on our house. We have received many compliments about the new appearance of the house. Alan's crew was neat, polite, and punctual along with being competent, professional craftsmen. They offered suggestions during the process as to the options available and sought our ideas. Overall, we are extremely happy with Alan Boates, his company, and the work that they do.

Alan did more for the back of my house than I expected. Everything is now level. The siding added a new look to the house. The storage room is paneled and carpeted which make it look great. All of Alan's crew were courteous and professional. Despite a few rainy days the work was completed quickly and without any inconvenience to me and my family. All of the wood from the old deck was removed with a dumpster and the yard was cleaned. I recommend Boates Brothers unequivocally. Anyone needing a great contractor should call Alan. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and how nice the prone t turned out.

Our roof was torn off and replaced within one day- he had about 8 guys on the job. They hustled and did a wonderful job. The following week a different crew came to do the siding on the garage, they were very informative and friendly. I would use BOATES BROTHERS for all my future house needs. I would recommend this company to everyone that wants a fair price and excellent job! Note - the Owner, Alan was punctual and very friendly. Everything went well. All of the employees were professional and considerate of my home, time and family. They made sure that everything was clean and neat at the end of each work day which is very important to me because I have small children. They were prompt and informative of any changes due to weather. Their quality is excellent!

We had a pleasant experience. The guys We're very clean workers, ensure not to make a mess and cleaned up all trash and debris. . Workers were approachable and knowledgable unlike many others I have used in the past. I would highly reccomend to friends and family and not the mention use again as I have just purchased a new home and have lots to do.

I heard great reviews from neighbors who have used this company and they were spot on. I first had my roof done through insurance from hail damage, and being my first insurance claim I was a little nervous on how the process worked. But Alan the owner walked me through it and talked with the insurance company and it was so easy. My roof looks amazing and was done in a day, ( before I returned home from work). I then had them build a deck on the rear of the house. Alan showed me some designs and liked his ideas better than my own so I said build it. Due to the fact that I had an upcoming party scheduled. I imposed a deadline for the deck project to Boates Brothers Contracting. The deck came out great and was done before the tight deadline. They then tackled my dated bathroom. We talked everything over, and bounced ideas off each other. I gave him the green light and couldn't be happier with how it came out, my favorite room in the house. During the project they addressed any concerns or questions I had to him and his employees. They told me everything they were doing step by step. Alan and his employees are very knowledgeable and professional. It was nice to have the owner on site and easily accessible. I highly recommend using them.

I have been dealing with Boates Brothers for several years. They are always on time and do a fantastic job. My windows were done when the business was just starting out, I heard about them through word of mouth in Delaware county. I was very happy with the outcome and price. I decided to use them again for my roof and siding, it was clear that the business had grown as there were more employees. Same outcome great work and very professional with competitive prices. The owner of the business was very easy to talk to and explained all the work in detail and even provided some of the possibilities like rotted wood when replacing the roof. My roof had several pieces of rotted wood, they replaced them for just the cost of the wood. For me a business owner with integrity that stands by his work and doesn't take advantage of customers is all I would have asked for. With Boates Brothers you get great work and integrity, I will not be in the market for another contractor ever. I recommend giving Alan a call, you will not be disappointed.
