I ordered a mailbox and post installed on 8/16, and put in the notes that my mailbox had been vandalized and was unusable, so I was hoping for a speedy turnaround. My receipt for the work was in my inbox next morning. Imagine my surprise when I came home from work today and my beautiful new mailbox was installed!! All traces of the old one were removed and the area was neat as a pin. I am thrilled.
I wold use them again (though hope I do not have to!) and would highly recommend!

We phoned Mailboxes Complete about repairing an existing mailbox, but Scott explained that they don't repair damaged boxes that they didn't install. I described the situation and he told me to check out their website for new boxes and posts. I found one I liked and called him back again and ordered it. He said that despite the cold weather, since the box was in-stock Chris would likely be out within a week to install it.
Three days later, Chris called to say he'd be there in a few hours. He removed the old box and post and filled in the hole. He installed the new one in a much better location than the old one -- not as close to the driveway, eliminating the possibility of sideswiping it with your side-view mirror. I didn't ask for that, he just did it and that impressed me. We asked for our house number and street name to be included on the box (we're on a corner so the street name helps orient people). The numbers and lettering are really nice and it looks much better than our old box did.
I can't say enough good things about them.
Chris came out to repair the Mailbox the same morning I contacted him during a snowstorm.

superior service. We felt well taken care of through the entire process.
Just this past September, 2012, a vandal played a bit of a trick on us and
removed all the mounting screws. I tried to replace the box on the post
with screws I had on hand, but couldn't get a solid connection. Called
Chris and he said he'd be in the area and would take a look. The next
day I came home from work to find the box fully mounted. Although we
offered to pay for his time, he performed this gratis. Excellent
commitment to service and customer happiness even years after the sale.
We pulled up and were met by Chris, the owner. We told Chris what we were looking for and took a look around. Chris was great in describing different mailbox types and sizes. He was not pushy at all.
Although we did spend in around $600.00, there are plenty of less expensive options, all which include installation, removal, and disposal of your existing mailbox.
We decided on a black box with an extended post, ball and finial, and address plaques on each side. Chris said that it would take about three weeks to come in, since the address plaques had to be personalized.
Three weeks later, I arrived home to find Chris putting the finishing touches on our new mailbox. He said it arrived that morning. It looks beautiful!! He removed the old mailbox and installed the new one without disturbing any of the landscaping. I was very impressed with his professionalism and product and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this service.
