- Springer Realty Group was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our first contact was with Springer Reality's owner Greg Martire. We reached out to Greg after hearing wonderful reviews on Facebook and from mutual friends. Greg took the time to listen to our needs (and wants) and explained the process to this very overwhelmed first time home buyer.
- Once we were ready to start looking at houses Greg put us in touch with the Buyer's Agent, Jeff Wickersham. Jeff called me within 24 hours of our electronic introduction. We spent a few minutes reviewing our conversation with Greg, and suggested a few properties based on our conversation. Jeff met us at the first property, had a brief presentation to review, and once again answered all of my silly question.
- At the end of the day, Jeff had knew what we were looking for, and what just wouldn't work for us. Based on our first trip out, Jeff made a few more suggestions and set up another day of house hunting. In the end, it was Jeff who found the house of our dreams! I was resistant, I didn't want to like the property he sent to us - he knew us better than we did! Jeff alerted me to the fact that there were other people going to look at the house, and when another offer was made. Jeff answered every call, email, and text promptly. He made us feel comfortable with the process, and it is because of him that we are now first time homeowners. I have already shared Springer's information with my mom who will be using Greg's team in the future when she sells her home.
