 + -1 moreWe played phone tag a little at first, but he was very friendly and professional on the phone. When he came, he was right on time and was extremely knowledgeable with what he was doing. He went through all my options of price and future plans with me and we decided what was best for me and the piano. I will for sure have him come back and service my piano again and would recommend him to anyone who needs a professional. My piano now sounds and plays great!
Description of Work: John not only tuned the piano that hadn't been tuned in years, but did a great job explaining what he was doing and was very careful with the piano. He also told me every little detail that could be tightened up or repaired and asked my opinion on what I wanted to do before he just did it.
