 + 2 moreGrace did not properly complete the work, left debris on my property, and would not agree to come back to finish the work after he was paid for the majority.
Description of Work: I hired Grace Construction for several jobs. Grace subcontracted some drywall and plaster work and it was done well and on time. Grace then was hired for several window jobs and other work and ordered the wrong size for one window and then tried to blame me for it. Grace installed one window backwards and refused to fix it. He left debris on my property and left holes in my plaster. There were many other issues that he failed to fix. I currently have a judgement against him from the magistrate. He has not paid what the court ordered him to pay me for 6 months at this point.

 + -1 moreAndy was pleasant, polite and arrived when he said he would. They did the job in the time they said they would and cleaned up very well afterwards. After a major roofing job I found almost no debris in my yard when they left.
