Ehrlich Pest Control

I've been a service contract holder for a few years.  I specificially told them I did not want indoor service because I have dogs, I have received serveral calls over the years notifying me they are coming out to do the inside of my home. I call back and say I don'twant this service - never get a person. I come to find out that they never removed this service.  I was home one day when the technician showed up - he was wonderful.  He finally changed the contract. I then get a bill for his last service call.  Called them and was advised it was due to the change in the contract. The rep was unable to do anything to remove the charge or even offer up a refund. Said she'd have a supervisor call.  Took them 4 days to call me back and they didn't call at the time I said I was available.  Said she'd call back the following Monday, didn't call till Tuesday.  I'm pretty much over the poor customer service. This is a standard service that any bug company can do.  I'm moving on.  Beware, IMO, you don't get what you pay for.

We're very, very happy with them. They're reliable and we've gotten good results. They solved the problem. There were no unexpected issues. It's kind of expensive. They're good. We use them regularly.
