Work crews would show up when they felt like it and quit early, there was huge turnover in crews for each job with the exceptions of the window installation. The roofing crew didn't screw down an end section of the roof. Naturally when the first rain and wind storm came along the entire section lifted and permitted rain and wind to damage an interior ceiling. The repair crew screwed down the section but refused to recognize the interior ceiling damage. I continue to have problems with major roof leaking during heavy rains. This is caused by the roofing crew not measuring the flashing properly and piecing it together, When I attempted to get We do metal roofs to come out and fix the problem I was told the company had been sold and there was nothing they could do to honor the poor workmanship. Imagine my surprise when I continue to see their commercials on TV. Windows were installed without calking and some windows have security latches installed upside down. My old window, original to the house leaked less cold air than these do. The home doors all leak that they installed. The garage door was hung crooked and wouldn't close properly. Their excuse for that was that the garage had settled. The garage was over 60 yrs old it had already done all the "settling it was going to do." The only way to describe the siding job is sloppy and ammiture. The workers never came back to clean up all the nails and left over materials. The call center staff I dealt with were less than professional. This company doesn't stand behind their work and should be avoided at all costs. The worst experience I have ever had with so called skilled tradesworkers.
