Keiser's Plumbing & Heating

They came out to replace our septic pump. I was told/promised they would come back when the weather was better to properly seat my pump to the pedestal for the final proper installation. I have left 4 voice mails at there office office over the last 2 weeks without a return call, I have emailed them without any response and I have called the emergency cell phone 6 times in which they hang up when they see the caller ID. When my son calls they don't hang up. No I need to find another Plumber and pay them for the work I already paid for. BEWARE! Don't let them leave without completing the job otherwise you will end up like me! Very said that a persons word is not worth anything anymore. I would avoid this company at all cost. Shame on you for taking peoples money with preforming the service they paid for!

They called back the evening we called and were here the next day. Rather than replace one of the outdoor faucets, they repacked it saying that that might be sufficient. That faucet eventually did have to be replaced but they responded quickly. We could not be more pleased; it was a very pleasant experience and their charges were in line with other plumbers in the area.

I called Keiser's on a Sunday 2/28/16 and he promised to have someone here on Tuesday 3/1/16 to assess the problem.  Bruce, who did the work, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  He replaced the water line the same day.  Our refrigerator was delivered on 3/5/16 and Bruce came on Tuesday 3/8/16 to hookup the water line to our fridge.  I am very pleased with Keiser's Plumbing and Heating.

I have used Keiser Plumbing for over 23 years on at least ten occassions. The owner, Chris, took over his father's business many years ago and has added employees and improved services . He is always extremely punctual, professional and responsive and his pricing is very reasonable. I only have experienced one minor problem with the service quality in the past and he corrected the problem promptly. I will continue to use his services in the future.

They were very punctual. He came and got the heater that we needed to replace the one we had. I've used them several times in the past.

I have used them for 9 years. The price was worth for what they did. When I checked the prices, they were always even with someone else or sometimes even better.

After he did the repairs in the basement, he patched and painted the wall. I thought that was extremely professional. What we like most about them is that they come! That's right, you call them and they show up. Once they fix the problem, it's fixed. I feel comfortable leaving them alone in the house. I also appreciate that they bill me in a timely manner.
