The service that was provided was beyond my expectation. He is timely and efficient. A true hard worker which is hard to find in today's world.

They gave us a quote. He said it would take two men 3-4 days. I showed him a few dark stains that we wanted removed. They sanded the floors. I then asked them about what stain they would use to mask several dark stains. He said they never stain. They had clear coated it already after a total of 2 1/2 hours of sanding which made it impossible to add stain at that point. Their "3 to 4 day" job was done by 2 men in 6 hours each, which meant that they really just wanted to sand, clear coat and be gone. They were not concerned about fixing the problems with the floor that I pointed out to him before I hired them. They were not able to do even the least challenging cosmetic repairs. This left us with either getting another company to fix what they refused to do or live with the aesthetic flaws that we hired them to fix. I could have done what they did!
