Buck's towed the car right away and worked on it quickly. As usual, they offered a loaner. They kept us posted as they worked on the vehicle.

I locked my keys in my car, after a football game. I called Bucks and they came out in a matter of minutes! The guy who helped me was super nice and courteous!

both tasks were done very quickly. They suggested that I have the state inspection done since they could do it right away. I appreciated that because that saved me an extra trip.

They have good mechanics. They respond promptly. They let you know what is going on with the car. I am very happy with their work. They found the problem very quickly and they do have the appropriate computer based gear to find stuff and fix it. They were very straightforward. I think they are very fair. I am one of those people who votes with his feet really quickly, and they have never caused me to vote with my feet.
