Vincent examined the roof and gave an estimate lower than other contractors. He seemed to know what he was talking about. However, the roof still leaks, and the venting on the roof should not have been sealed. Vincent didn’t address the real problem causing the leak: the roofing on the addition where it fitted against the side of the house. Vincent guaranteed his work, but wouldn’t return my calls when the leaks continued. I had to keep calling until he’d finally answer his phone. He made four separate appointments to come back and fix the problem, but never showed up, never called to say he wasn’t going to show up or to reschedule. I had to call him repeatedly to reschedule.
