Provider took over a week to contact us. Locksmith came and spent 5 minutes. He said that all he had to do was to tighten the screws for which we were charged $20. An additional charge of $20 was added as a trip charge. This company is in our neighborhood - approximately five blocks away from our house. If we knew this charge would be added we would have used another company, as we will in the future.
