Let me go thru each item to better explain:
1. Installed new patio door where there was only a window- they had to cut thru the brick wall so the door would fit. done in less than 1 day and no mess. Looks like the door has always been there, the neighbors were quite impressed!
2. Poured a concrete pad for new hot tub- pad is perfectly sized and they figured the height so can step down into the tub right off the new deck.
3. Built a new deck in 2 days and it is beautiful! Again, no mess or any trash left on site. They even went the extra step to round off all the corners on every railing and post cap so there are no sharp edges, which I did not even think about.
4. Reversed interior door- we needed the bathroom door not only reversed in direction but moved down 6" to accommodate our new vanity. Mark did the cutting so precisely that he was able to piece in the old piece of wall (plaster with textured finish) so all we had to do was paint. Looks like the door has always been in the new spot.
5. We combined 2 bedrooms and had a walkin closet built in 1/2 of the smaller room. Both the opening in the wall between the rooms and the new closet wall look like they have always been there!
I highly recommend Select Craftsman! The owner, Mark Bittinger, is very exacting and when they are done the work is always perfect. I am picky and have to say I am 100% satisfied. They clean up the job site and there is no mess or any trash or debris left on site.
My husband and I are thrilled with Mark's work and would HIGHLY recommend Select Craftsman to anyone needing a carpenter.
We are now having Mark gives us a quote on building a pergola over our deck.
