Scott arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and did excellent work just as described prior to the job. It was a pleasure working with him, and we would certainly hire him again for another job.

The work itself was great, as it always has been from this company. Unfortunately, from the time I first called in May 2018, it took 5 MONTHS for him to finally get to my home to complete the work. This included 4 phone calls to him over the time span. I recently reached out to him again for additional work and was told he is booking 1.5 weeks out. That was back on the first week of February 2019. I called back a week later and he seemed annoyed I was calling again. I have not heard back at this point. This is disappointing because I've used him multiple times before without these issues and he came highly recommend from a close friend who is also a contractor. At this point I've moved on to another plumbing company.

Overall the experience went as good as anyone could have hoped.  Scott arrived punctually on time, with all materials and tools necessary.  He was extremely professional, and most impressively he was FAST!  My wife and I couldn't believe how quickly he worked!  He had the entire thing finished, cleaned up, and working much quicker than either of us expected. I would recommend him without any hesitation to anyone who needs any residential plumbing work.
