See above. We feel they forced a new opener charge on us for something that could have been fixed. We were in a bind and we feel they took advantage of that. We also thought it odd that the Overhead Door technician could not give us a price for the new opener without calling his office first. Every service provider we have ever had is always ready to quote charges without checking with their office.
