Description of Work: Jeff Wharton of Wharton Roofing and Siding in his wonderful thoughtful manner took our screen door to be repaired to Thornridge Hardware Supply, Inc. store to it rescreened with a pet screen on 8/31/2012. He brought it back on Saturday 9/8/2012 and noticed this was not the same door that he brought in. He went back right away and explained the situation to John, the store manager, and after further discussions admitted there was a mix-hap with our screen and decided to come down to our house. I am a handicap person and not able to do things for myself. John, the manager of Thornridge Hardware Supply, admitted that there was a mix-up and replaced our screen door with a new one. He personally came down on Monday Sept. 10th, measured for a new one and returned with the replacement on Tuesday Sept 11th. I can not express how wonderful he was to take the time out and make sure this matter was resolved in such a quick manner. He said this has never happened before and it will never happen again. He is such a good proper and attentive person, to make sure I was totally satisfied with the door and the situation in such a timely manner. I would go back to this store, even though it is a little out of the way, to give him my business due to his hard work and dedication to his customers. Thank you John. Jerry and Karen Kaplan
