Terrell Construction (John Terrell) was recommended to us by Kirk Hoehn - The Deck Wrangler who we were engaging to do powerwashing and re-staining of our deck. We have a 4-level deck that is about 15 years old and we needed to have someone come and inspect the structure underneath and do some repairs as well as replace all of the wooden railings and lattice with composite/vinyl (no maintenance) material. John Terrell came to inspect the job and gave us a quote to do the work. We obtained another quote from another firm and John's pricing was in line. We contracted with John and he gave us a tentative start date of the end of July, but was able to move us up to mid-July when he encountered a materials delay on another project he was working on. Terrell is a family business and John came to work every day with his son and his wife even pitched in on clean up and such as well. It took about a week to complete the project and John did excellent work. He fixed all of the structural issues with the supporting structure of the deck and the new railings and lattice look incredible. After the Deck Wrangler came back to complete the deck staining, it looks like a whole new deck!! We couldn't be more pleased with the work that John did and already spoke to him about coming back to work on another project in the fall. I wouldn't hesitate to use John and Terrell Construction again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpentry or light general construction work done.
Description of Work: Structural repair work on the supporting structure of our existing deck. Replaced all existing wooden railings with new composite railings Replaced and repositioned all lattice and trimwork on the bottom of the deck.
