When sold the job we were told the job would take 1-2 days we are now on day 3 and just a little over half of the job is done. Servi King subcontract s all their work out and I am not happy with the work completed so far. You can clearly see a huge seam in the carpeting in the one room and the vinyl flooring in the hallway has a huge gap from the wall. I ve called servi king but they don’t seem to care seems as if they already have their money so their out. I would think as an owner you would want to get out to the job and see first hand what a costumer is concerned with but Can’t even get them to take our calls or call us back so we called from our daughters phone number and they picked up not knowing it was us. Very unprofessional so far not happy at all hoping this review can help someone else choose another company wish I would have done more research before choosing servi king would not recommend at all!

Owner called back after bad review. Blamed me for everything. Then replies to a message that they were "slightly" late. We measured correctly. I have a diagram. Slightly late? 4 hours the first day, 4.5 hours he second day and going on 3 hours today. Owner keeps saying he isn't wrong and that I am the issue. My next call is the BBB. This company is awful. Begged me to take down my bad reviews but won't do anything to make this better.

"What this customer is not telling you is that she never paid for the custom work its kind of hard to complain about some thing you did not pay for she never called about her last two steps going on this is the first I have heard that they were not finished.We have since no longer do this kind of custom steps for free or include it in the price even so I would have came back to finish those last two steps if she had called.Customer satisfaction is important to my company but there are two sides to every complaint I am glad angies list allows a response from the business reviews can be very unfair if the company is not allowed to respond"
